My good friend and colleague Jean Baptiste Leclere, 1st percussionist with the Paris Opera, visited NY and Boston in March.   As part of his visit, he presented an amazing class at Boston Conservatory and the University of CT.  (U of CT students pictured above)  His class was simply spectacular – he focused on cymbals and tambourine.   Also, check out his percussion group in Paris – LINK:
