James L. Moore visited the Interlochen Arts Camp to present a clinic and do a sight-reading session with the students.  It was my first time meeting James and it was a pleasure to have him work with the students.   He holds degrees from the University of Michigan and the The Ohio State University.   He went on to teach at The Ohio State University for over 30 years.   He is currently editor/owner of Per-Mus Publications, a firm specializing in music for percussion instruments that he founded in 1976.  LINK:   http://www.permus.com/
